We have changed our name to the Spoon Revolution Vegan Bistro to more accurately reflect our mission:
To offer healthful, nutritious, good-tasting meals at an affordable cost. In addition, we aim to offer the community educational and cultural events with fine vegan cuisine to both inform and entertain the public.
